MANAGING DIRECTOR
Meet our Managing Director, Wayne Porter.
His voyage into the realm of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Management began in 2013. His initial role was that of an Outage Junior Safety Officer at Kelvin Power Station. His thirst for knowledge led him to further his education in 2014, earning a certificate in Modern SHEQ and Risk Management.
Wayne’s passion for sales and success inspired him to take a leap of faith and establish Porter and Connections (Pty) Ltd in April 2019. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in growing the company to a dedicated full-time team of five by 2024.
With an unwavering commitment to growth and excellence, Wayne envisions expanding the team to ten members by December 2025.

Meet our General Manager, Eloise Du Plessis, a dedicated professional who matriculated in 2019, has accumulated four years of valuable experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
Demonstrating excellent project management skills at PConnect Management Systems, she has effectively managed diverse team members and is currently aspiring to further her expertise by achieving qualification as an SHEQ Consultant.

Meet our Operations Manager, Melinda Botha, obtained a B.Sc in Biological Sciences. She has 20 years’ experience managing and implementing management system, and has extensive experience in developing and implementing ISO standards.
